The story had no dialogue.

Christine Daae has a secret admirer who will do anything to make her Opera dreams a reality. As the ghost makes his move Inspector Dubert must get to the bottom of what’s going on before more end up dead. Will the Phantom strike again before the good Inspector can find him?

In the aftermath of the Dreadnok War, the focus switches to another area of G.I. Joe.

General Hawk has been making covert moves unknown to most. He has been recruiting members for a team working in shadows. NIGHT FORCE has a loaded line-up currently. They have another name on the list to join. So does COBRA. To draw this much attention, you know they have to be a game-changer.

The Capes team licks their wounds and enjoys some down time after their big fight in last issue. Unfortunately for them this is just the calm before the storm as a new threat is about to reveal itself. The threat will catch everyone off guard and will leave death and destruction in its wake, which will undoubtedly shape this series going forward.
