Madame Masque and A.I.M. have gone to great lengths to find the next Tony Stark. This has meant kidnapping top entrants in Stark’s awards for the brightest minds. Adam Ware was the winner of the competition. His prize was being tortured and forced to find a way to be the heir apparent.

Superboy-Prime is finding out there’s more to being a “hero” than just punching the bad guys.

His role in Metropolis has led him into finding a secret identity & new life. Success with this role is not without some issues. Primarily no hero in the DCU wants to give him a chance to redeem himself.

It has been a minute since fans saw one Shana O’Hare grace the Energon Universe.

Last time readers saw Scarlett, she was going on a mission to find Jinx. This led to her involvement with The Arashikage. It also brought one of the most notorious characters of G.I. Joe lore into the EU. His name is STORM SHADOW!

Madame Masque has kidnapped some of the world’s brightest minds to force them to become something more. This has drawn Iron Man to investigate and stop her. His path has led to into a trap, made by his own designs.

Tony Stark and M.O.D.O.K. team up?

That seems to be the case as A.I.M. is attacking the unique killing entity. This is just one of Madame Masque’s moves leading the evil organization. She’s also kidnapped some of the brightest minds in the world in an attempt to recreate Tony Stark. The man inside the armor is the most dangerous weapon in the world. Masque wants it and will stop at nothing to get it.

Metropolis has a new champion!

In the wake of DC K.O., Superman is missing. This leaves a massive question for the citizens of the DCU to ask. They have an answer and it might not be one they are ready for.

Duke is NOT happy.

The Dreadnok War ended with some help from a surprise “ally”. Hound of the Autobots has been working with Clutch for quite some time. Their partnership became public to save the team. This didn’t sit well with the G.I Joe leader.

In the end, only one can be King.

Darkseid’s return to the DCU sparked a challenge heroes have never felt. More powerful than ever before, the former Lord of Apokolips came back to claim another universe. A dangerous power held the key to his defeat, Extreme sacrifice was needed to acquire it.

The end has finally arrived.

With DC K.O. crowning its’ champion, the final match is set. Superman has been taken off the board. This leaves the Time Trapper in uncharted territory. The Legion of Darkseid looks to make a statement of their own. Superboy-Prime, a Superman robot and Lois Lane bring the fight to the evil Legion. There’s no easy way out from this confrontation.

That philosophy is fueling Madame Masque. The new face of A.I.M. has been searching for the next Tony Stark. She’s targeted and tested possible candidates nominated for his award of achievement. No one is safe. Not even Tony from himself!

The Dreadnok War left its’ mark in the Energon Universe. It also revealed a secret to Duke that he’s not ready for.

Hound, an Autobot Transformer, has been working with Clutch for months. During the War, Hound revealed himself to save the Joes from attack. It is well known Duke doesn’t like Transformers. One in particular killed his friend. Having one hiding underneath his watch isn’t making things better.

Four remain in the fight to become Absolute Champion.

Superman, Lex Luthor, Wonder Woman and the Joker are the DCU’s last hope. One will emerge as champion but they will have earned it.

Darkseid has been waiting for this moment as well. Knowing that the tourney was commencing, he plotted as he possessed Booster Gold. The former Lord of Apokolips will not go down quietly. He has assembled his champions. A trinity of heroes in his dark, cruel world.

Batman has faced many challenges but nothing lie this.

After being eliminated by the Joker in DC K.O., Bruce Wayne made a back-up plan. The one thing he didn’t calculate was the Heart Of Apokolips was ready for his “prep time”.

It’s the end of the DCU Earth as we know it, and the only hope is who?  

Superboy Prime has been placed in a role most can’t believe. Selected by the Time Trapper, Prime and Superman fought off the Legion of Darkseid to retrieve Booster Gold. In its’ aftermath, DC K.O. happened. Superman went into the tournament. Prime was considered lost in time, but now he’s back with an unlikely partner: Lois Lane aka SUPERWOMAN?! Together, they are handling what has been unleashed on Earth.

Trying to define the man behind the armor is difficult. Exceptional Genuis. Unapologetic Hero. The list goes on and on.

Who would have thought all those years ago when he built a make shift armor that he would evolve to the Avenger he is today. It begs the question of who is the real walking weapon” Iron Man or Tony Stark? A new creative team looks to explore that and knowing their track record, it’s time for some action!

In the aftermath of the Dreadnok War, the focus switches to another area of G.I. Joe.

General Hawk has been making covert moves unknown to most. He has been recruiting members for a team working in shadows. NIGHT FORCE has a loaded line-up currently. They have another name on the list to join. So does COBRA. To draw this much attention, you know they have to be a game-changer.

It’s the end of the road for Cobra Commander…or is it?

The failed assassination attempt orchestrated by Destro has led the COBRA leader to find unlikely help. Unlikely is an understatement. The help is in the form of DUKE! It resulted in new directions for the pair. Duke has reunited with his team and looks to bring in the Commander. They have competition in the Dreadnoks, who look to fulfill their deal. Who will be left standing in the end?
