Shredder is in Tokyo and is trying to take back what was once his, the Foot Clan. Part of the Foot Clan has become this offshoot gang, the Dog Star Clan. As they try and take out Shredder it becomes clear that they are being controlled by the Yakuza. Can Shredder handle the Dog Star Clan and the Yakuza by himself?

Coming off of a great opening story arc, Shredder is back with the next arc in this on-going series from IDW Publishing. Agent Avon seems to have turned on the Shredder after the events of the initial arc. However, Shredder is too busy trying to put together a new clan to regain his power in the criminal underworld to even care.

Finally, the Shredder comes face to face with the Mourner and it isn’t what the Mourner envisioned. However, she has something that could change the game to reveal in her back pocket. Will the Shredder cave to the Mourner or will he show why he’s the most feared man in this universe?
