*** POSSIBLE SPOILER WARNING ***
Watters doesn’t delay as the search for Sato and Baker is top priority. The writing conveys the fear of losing teammates while pushing one past her limits. Baker’s dialogue with Alex Sector indicates the extreme measures she needs to survive. This never escapes readers a they process how she attempts to survive. As impactful as this is, another portion of the story delivers a main event showdown.
Matt Trakker’s appearance just shy away from its’ intent. As soon as eyes are locked in on Mayhem, the writing kickstarts the book as the action takes hold. Pacing speeds through this brutal encounter until its’ untimely resolution. All the while, the other sub plots push towards a fitting conclusion. While this keeps everything steady, leave it to Skybound to add in a HUGE surprise in the closing pages. A new presence has entered the game with evil intention behind their eyes. Wait for the reaction to this one!
