Emperor T’Challa, Shuri and Femi are all on the mysterious planet B’Wete. Its’ residents comprise hybrids of T’Challa and other notable MCU characters. That’s not even the wildest part.

After defeating Kang the Conqueror, Captain Marvel has much on her mind. The leader of The Avengers has doubts after their latest encounter. It leaves a question she can’t shake: “What’s Next?”

Space is a complicated place.

Emperor T’Challa of the Intergalactic Empire of Wakanda has wound up on a mysterious planet. He is crossing paths with hybrid versions of himself and others from the MCU. Shuri and a young boy named Femi have not arrived on the same planet. The first being they see? A hybrid of T’Challa and the Juggernaut!

In July of 1966, Stan Lee and Jack Kirby welcomed readers to the world of the Black Panther in the pages of Fantastic Four #52.

Since then, the adventures of King T’Challa & the nation of Wakanda have carved out an untouchable legacy. From being a force in the Marvel Comics Universe to a key character to the success of the MCU films, the impact made by the Black Panther is undeniable.

Time is ticking away on the Ultimate Universe. The Maker is returning.

Before that happens, there’s some unfinished business in Wakanda. The Progenitors were unleashed when Vibranium was unlocked. Their plans to take over had one person to stop them: T'Challa. With stakes this high, failure wasn’t an option. It was an epic battle. When the fight ended, something was very wrong. T'Challa was gone!

When King T’Challa died, no one knew what to expect.

His son Ketema won the crown of King by questionable means. Saving Everett K. Ross meant the brash upstart would rule Wakanda. T’Challa took the risk and the world paid the price. Before his death, the former Black Panther ran into an old ally whose found peace in faith. Meanwhile, Ketema was unleashing a violant tyranny the world wasn’t ready for. This was cemented when the world’s heroes were taken off the board.

The events of “Imperial” have rocked the Marvel Universe.

In its wake is a new status quo for King T’Challa. His kingdom is no longer just on Earth. Stranded on an unknown planet, he looks for clues to solve his current whereabouts. Shuri is trying to track him down but she has other problems to face. Let’s not forget others are making moves to take the throne for themselves.
