It’s the end of the DCU Earth as we know it, and the only hope is who?  

Superboy Prime has been placed in a role most can’t believe. Selected by the Time Trapper, Prime and Superman fought off the Legion of Darkseid to retrieve Booster Gold. In its’ aftermath, DC K.O. happened. Superman went into the tournament. Prime was considered lost in time, but now he’s back with an unlikely partner: Lois Lane aka SUPERWOMAN?! Together, they are handling what has been unleashed on Earth.

DC K.O. has forced many heroes out of their comfort zones. One prime example is Jonathan Kent.

The Son of Tomorrow has been reeling since his involvement with the Secret Six. Stationed on the JL Watchtower, Kent is given one of the most dangerous duties in existence. He is responsible for watching over a group of super-powered children. This can’t go possibly sideways, right?

When a Flash messes with the timeline, it’s always a lock for disaster.

Bart Allen tried stopping Darkseid’s ascent to power by going back in time. His plan failed and altered history. Now Wally West is stuck chasing him and trying to stop more damage form being done. I’s not any easier when the Legion of Darkseid is involved.

The Kingdom Of Atlantis is under siege!

While Aquaman is fighting his way through the “DC K.O.” tourney, Queen Mera is holding down the underwater kingdom. When a dangerous threat is advancing through the seven seas, Mera takes it upon herself to investigate. Who she finds at the end might be even too much for the Queen of Atlantis to handle.

No good deed ever goes unpunished or in this case unnoticed.

Ever since Clark Kent first saved the day in Metropolis, the world has taken an interest. One of the first to do it was General Sam Lane. The army leader saw the potential for a possible weapon in Kent. Through a touch of manipulation, Lane has swayed the young Kryptonian to work with him. Has he made the right choice?

The numbers are dwindling, but the stakes are getting higher.

Darkseid is coming. The heroes of the DCU know this won’t be an ordinary fight with the former Lord of Apokolips. He has leveled up. So must they.

They have entered into a tourney to become Absolute Champion. The prize is the Heart of Apokolips. It will not come easy. Those entered know sacrifice is involved. It has resulted with friends fighting friends. Allies turning into enemies. Dark Horses sneaking in to steal victory.

As DC K.O. progresses forward, one figure is imposing his will on the rest of the competition.  

LEX LUTHOR has returned from exile with a vengeance! “Humanity’s Last Hope” has already dine a number on Superman. Now he has his eyes set on Jason Blood and Etrigan. They shouldn’t expect mercy. This next round calls for pain!

The threat of Darkseid has shaken up the DCU to its’ core.

With a possible way to stop him hinged on trial by tourney combat, heroes and villains alike fight with everything they have. The prize is enough power to take down the former Lord Of Apokolips. Lines are crossed. There is no turning back. It’s either a complete K.O. or nothing at all.

This round has two heroes ready to risk it all. One is a Speedster Legend with class and dignity. The other is Guy Gardner. Need I say more?

What a long, strange trip it has been for Clark Kent.

Under the banner of “Black Label”, creators have been able to take risks and chances with DCU characters. It’s a step outside the normal confines of continuity. This especially works woth the creative team behind the hit horror series “Ice Cream Man”.

The fate of the DCU will be in one person’s hands. It will not be given. The title will be earned through combat.

Darkseid is coming. After creating the Absolute Universe, the former lord of Apokolips wants more. It was revealed an Absolute Champion must be crowned to face off against the upcoming evil. This is no easy task. Heroes and villains have now been put into a deadly tournament. As it progresses, the challenges do not get easier. The latest round isn’t going to hold back.

Even with super powers, there are some battles Clark Kent can’t win being the Boy of Steel.

After being outed to the world after saving people in Metropolis, Kent has had to re-adjust to life back in Smallville. With the government watching hm, every move has to be carefully done as Superboy.
