WRITING:
This issue brings some more incredible action to this series. Phillip Kennedy Johnson really delivers on the action and fight scenes, and this issue is no different. The battle between Hulk and Hellbuster Iron Man can only be described as epic. The way Johnson sets up the fight and its eventual fallout and consequences is a huge selling point for this issue. It is so good that it covers that there is really not any direction for the story outside of the fight itself. This has been one of the biggest detractions of this series is its lack of a coherent story. It’s not that a plot doesn’t exist, it’s more that the dramatic story takes a back seat to all the action. This isn’t a terrible thing, but it’s also nice to have both.
ARTWORK:
This issue's artwork is original and creative, skillfully bringing the setting to life. Imaginative fantasy objects and horror elements create a unique space for the Hulk. The landscapes complement the strong character designs, and the mix of dark and vivid colors boosts the visual impact. But the most important part is the fight scenes and how awesome they look. From the design of the Hellbuster, down to the final attack the art team really brings the fight to the reader.

Final Thoughts:
The Infernal Hulk #6 delivers the action and nails the Hellbuster armor design. The action and fighting take center stage in this issue and this really drives the entertainment through the roof. The lack of a significant dramatic storyline does give this issue a detraction. However, the action is so good that it really does diminish the detraction and gives the reader an entertaining joy ride of an issue that should be picked up at the shop this week.
FINAL GRADE: 8.6/10
