Luce has been trapped by Clyde and is being grilled on if she is the one sending the artwork to Mr. Cherish. Thankfully, Tabitha busts in the room just in time to save Luce from the psychopath. But before they can catch him, he gets hit by a car and kidnapped by men in black suits. Now Luce and Tabitha are comparing notes as they try to close in on Mr. Cherish and his evil schemes. Unfortunately for everyone involved in this story, Mr. Cherish may not be the most evil force in this story anymore.

This thriller set in the world of art is starting to heat up and take more shape. As Mr. Cherish’s evil ways continue to be successful, they hit their first bumps in the road. As now a detective from Portland, Oregon is starting to put together that there may be a connection with these deaths in the art world. At the same time, it seems like a ghost is taunting Cherish and driving him a little bit insane.
