The Green Goliath made his way to New York City for Easter Sunday. Cardinal Letivicus Thornhill was overseeing services and Bruce Banner has become emersed in his words.
The Manosphere attacked the service and were greeted by not only the Hulk, but Spider-Man as well. This resulted in much damage done but an offer that weighs heavy on Banner’s soul.

The writing challenges many aspects of both Banner and Peter Parker with astonishing results. The opening confession with Banner is interrupted while Spider-Man tries sorting out the connection with the bird and Banner. Once again, it seems to trigger a reaction to make the Hulk disappear. The experiment is swayed by another pressing matter. This time, Broadway is calling Spider-Man (and for all the right reasons).
Readers watch as LOGIC makes an appearance in the story. The dialogue is perfect for letting this crossover happen. As the conflict grows stronger, it draws attention form another New York hero. Daredevil’s injection to the story is perfect for the overall theme. The conflict ends fast to allow a deep conversation to unfold between the religious Murdock and science driven Parker. It also mirrors Thronhill’s talk with Banner. There are many arguments brought forth conflicting each other. Once cleared, this ushers in a predictable ending for now. Long term, it’s up in the air where this all leads.

Silva and Blee start off innocent enough with a shot of St. Patrcik’s church in NYC. The panels reflect a normal confession event until it is crashed by Spidey. A loud two page spread shows the aftermath of him interrupting Banner’s time. Fallout panels display the bird trick with much success. There is much curiosity in these panels as Spidey tries making sense of it all. This pivots fast to Broadway and the hijinks ensuing there.
Action comes fast as Logic’s show is interrupted by someone with an axe to grind. Seeing Bobby Tarantino make the book is a fun nod and breaks up much of the drama brewing. Daredevil’s intervening plays well with Spidey as the duo goes to work. Readers watch as the fight gets out of hand, resulting in a two page spread close. This allows for the needed talks to take place. Expressions show the wonder in all parties thoughts as another solid two page spread puts the main plot in a unique fusion. This moves in the closing panels to wrap up events on a sound point while leaving much to ponder.
Overall Grade: 8.7
Bruce Banner’s theory provides deep conversation as the future of the Hulk remains unclear with this latest chapter. The writing extends the argument of religion vs. science past the normal themes. Silva and Blee construct impressive images of NYC and beyond. A unique look into the ramifications of challenging the unknown.
