The pages are filled with deep perspective on courses of action. It also allows Diana to show her true strength. Her unwavering will sets her on a dangerous course to readers’ attention.
Her struggles to find Medusa do not come without pain and sacrifice. At times, the path is very tough to watch. Her dialogue provides a break in these moments, assuring everything will pass. There are no punches pulled in this sequence. Watching Diana push through the pain only makes the endgame that more impactful. Medusa’s debut is a full page shot that begins the close. Their encounter shows the deep rooted reactions that have been building inside Diana. It leads into a solid finish with much to enjoy. The final panels are a bittersweet goodbye but one that is fitting for such a tale like this.
