Zchut puts together a showdown for the ages. As Violet is poised to claim victory, Sophia takes the fight to the only level she can. She’s been a pawn to the carnage. The writing brings her desperate attempt to thwart Violet into full focus. In comparison, Violet’s disturbed vengeance is in its’ glory. Readers watch as the scenes get more chaotic as the fire rages. It is fitting as the emotions spiral out of control as well.
Readers watch as their showdown unlocks past wounds. Sophia stepping up to take initiative is a pleasant move. This comes at the perfect time to save Karma. This pushes events into a furious pace. Their final showdown is one that sees growth in Sophia. She emerges out of her past shell. The result is one that comes with a bittersweet price. Just when readers think they know how this is going to play out, Zchut throws in an incredible factor into play. This leaves readers doing a double take on what they just read. A perfect twist into a magnificent horror tale.
Leiz and Sinclair opens with a full shot of the House on fire. This kickstarts the psychotic plans of Violet. The coloring of Sinclair shines in the back and forth between Violet and Sophia. Many of the panels perfectly mirror what the other goes through. Violet holding a knife with Sophia’s reflection inside it is prime example of this technique. It only gets more intense with Violet’s maniacal smile leading the way.
Sophia’s struggles also stand out in these panels as well. The constant fight to get above water flourishes with every strike Violet swings. The rooftop scene is the only time readers see a break between the former besties. It is a strong visual with the body splitting to fight each other. The full page underwater struggle image pushes events toward the closing. It bursts with pent up anger and rage. Once it gets past the conflict, the art team eases readers back to reality. The final act provides more devilish scenes building to the incredible finish. Readers get one last full page image to wrap events on with a huge exclamation point attached. Fantastic work,

The internal fight between best friends comes to a thrilling conclusion with this final chapter. Zchut concludes events with a masterful script. Leiz and Sinclair provide the horrifying images of friends and souls lost. Readers better brace for the finish cause it will blow them away! Excellent finale!
