WRITING:

This issue really ups the ante that has been building since issue one. Ryan Parrott does a fantastic job of building up the suspense, well at the same time delivering some really great horror. Parrott isn’t afraid to cross some lines in the name of horror, which creates an unnerving atmosphere full of suspense. The twists and turns this issue takes the reader on, truly keep you off balance and not ready for what’s coming next.

ARTWORK:

The art in this issue is as unnerving as the story itself. Letizia Cadonici does an awesome job of bringing the horrors of this issue to life. Cadonici portrays some pretty disturbing imagery that leaves nothing to the readers’ imagination. The art is definitely not for the faint of heart. Alessandro Santoro does an amazing job of matching the colors with the art, which really makes the art stand out that much more.

Final Thoughts:

It Killed Everyone But Me #4 is an entertaining and heart pounding penultimate book for this series. Between the mystery and horror of the actual story and the truly terrifying art that goes along with it. This book and series are a must read for any horror fans.
