Fans haven’t seen the Minotaur in action in a while. The shakedown of Mr. Tozuki leads to a startling reveal. Readers watch the violent end of one of Batman’s dangerous rogues. The dialogue redefines the power of the Torus and what measures they can enforce. It helps move focus back to Bruce Wayne. With all the losses he has suffered, a line in the sand is drawn.
