*** POSSIBLE SPOILER WARNING ***
Tamaki keeps progress moving forward, but holds back on making true headway. The opening is the aftermath of whoever took Gordon out. Tensions are high as Gordon is reliving her own personal Hells. She appears to have found an ally in Sparrow, a fellow inmate. This leads to an assist but not without complications. Gordon’s injuries have made her a bit delusional in what she sees. A demonic Batman is prime example of this.
The story breaks to catch Jim Gordon up with Nightwing to recap. It is a good pivot point for resetting but doesn’t add too much to the overall scheme. Once events get back to Supermax, Gordon’s struggles begin to arise once more. Readers watch as her mind drifts back to the torture of the Joker. As events snap back to reality, the mood goes back to familiar ground. It teases more deception behind the walls before the last pages take hold. Events close teasing more but to what degree is anyone’s guess.

A ghastly image haunts the pages as more death looms. The art team throws in another Joker sequence before heading to the closing stages. Panels indicate all is it what it seems. This become evident with the parting panel. More is teased but a question of definition lingers.
FINAL GRADE: 8
