*** POSSIBLE SPOILER WARNING ***
Sara, the possessor of the Witchblade has been through some stuff in the last 26 issues. Whether that's dealing with Aphrodite Nine, whether that's dealing with the magdalena or whether it's trying to solve her father's murder and we move one step closer to that in this issue trying to stay as spoiler free as possible here for you guys… but let's get it just rightout on the table:
This is my favorite comic book of 2026!
It has been awesome since the first issue & it continues to be awesome in the 26th issue. Even if you missed out on the first 25 issues and you can get caught up through the back issue bin and trade paperbacks, you jump right in & you get a description on the first page explaining you what you missed.
This is all done throughout awesome storytelling by Marguerite Bennett. You are right up to date & you get awesome action! The art in this is just oh chef's kiss by Giuseppe Caffaro. It's just been an awesome book from start to finish and it's not even finished yet.
READ LAST ISSUE’S REVIEW!
From the one to 26, what a great book! I've enjoyed every single issue and I'm gonna keep reading it every single month because this is awesome!
If you didn't read witchblade in the past but you kind of thought maybe you wanted to jump on board or maybe you didn't even think you wanted to jump on board, now is the time! You don't have to have read it in the past.. if you do obviously there's going to be little easter eggs and things you're going to say “Oh I remember that” or “ oh look at that”. I can’t stress enough: you don't have to have read the previous Witchblade series. Jump In!
I am absolutely loving this book continues to be my favorite book month out of month!
FINAL GRADE: 10
This issue is great art & a great ongoing story…. what more could you ask for in a comic book! This series literally has it all! Once again: This is my favorite comic book of 2026!
